With over 200 acres of diverse hunting terrain, we hunt in the natural habitat of these majestic creatures, ensuring an exhilarating, enjoyable, and rewarding hunting adventure. Whether you prefer guided hunts from tree stands, ground blinds, or stalking on foot, we have the perfect approach to accommodate your style of hunting. Most of the property is accessible via ATV, making it accessible to people with handicapped and special needs.

The Lodging
Nestled in Central Pennsylvania, Rough Cut Racks Hunting Preserve offers a convenient location for your hunting escapades, just a short distance from State College, Lock Haven, Lewisburg, and within driving distance of New York, Philadelphia, and Washington D.C. World class trout fishing on one of many limestone streams are also within minutes of the lodge.
Choose from one-day, two-day, or longer guided hunts and stay at our lodge within the preserve. Enjoy impeccable service and delectable home-cooked meals prepared by our gourmet chef. When you’re not out hunting, our guests prioritize comfort and relaxation. Kick back in front of our massive, wood-burning fireplace, take a dip in the hot tub, or head downstairs to the game room for a game of pool or ping-pong. Wet your whistle at our custom-built bar or settle in and watch the big game on one of our many giant flat-screen TVs. Swap hunting stories while hanging out next to the fire ring or out on our massive porches. When it’s time to hit the sack, choose from one of our nine private bedrooms, each with either a king or queen bed.
